Hey, know I am reading you at Easy Street, but have been experiencing the "connecting infinitely" bug there, so can't comment- the problem seems to happen when I click on "post comment" over there. Sorry. I'll keep trying though. I hear it is a Window's bug and that I should try opening my blog dashboard with a different browser- Firefox for example. But I have to download it.
